The deal, plainly
R0 for the software
No monthly licence, no setup fee, no charge per user. Keep the tee sheet you run today, paper included — our concierge confirms every booking through your own channel, or run your whole sheet free on our pro-shop console.
You control your rack rate
Your published green fee is your call. We never price below it without your agreement, and we never buy up your tee times to resell them.
Nothing comes off your side
You keep 100% of the green fee on every booking. Our income is a single all-inclusive booking fee the golfer pays on top — typically 8-9% of the booking, never more than 12% — shown in exact rand before they confirm. No separate payment or card fee, ever, and nothing is ever deducted from your green fee or cart hire. If you later want us to run discounted off-peak slots on a commission deal, that is a separate agreement you opt into, never the default.
Carts, 100% yours
When a Shankdt golfer books a cart, you keep the full rack rate. We take no commission on cart hire at all, and it arrives on the same booking with no extra admin on your side.
How we go live
One-page agreement
Pick the tee-time windows you want filled and the lowest price you will accept. No IT project.
Bookings arrive
Golfers book in the app. Confirmed bookings land in your sheet, and our concierge team handles anything that still needs a person.
Get paid
Green fees and cart hire are yours in full — we never invoice you for them. Where a golfer settles at your till, the till takes our add-on together with your own money — and once a month you pass that add-on on, against a printed statement, for rounds actually played. The statement totals by month, to the cent, so your bookkeeper can tie it out against your own sheet.
