What you actually pay
No surprises at the counter.
The club keeps 100% of the green fee and the cart — we never take a slice of their money. On top of that there's one all-inclusive Shankdt service fee — no separate payment or card fee, ever. It is typically 8–9% of the booking and never more than 12% — the top end only on the cheapest rounds, where the fixed costs a fee has to cover bite hardest, and under 8% on an expensive one — and you see the exact rand amount before you confirm.
Pay however you like — it costs the same. Settle at the club like any walk-in, or pay in the app where the club has switched it on. Same total, either way. We don't make one option cheaper to herd you into it, and the only thing that actually lowers your fee is Pro.

Split it with your fourball
Nobody has to carry the lot. Split the booking fee evenly or set each oke's share yourself, and everyone gets their own pay link. Green fees you settle at the pro shop as always.
Shankdt Pro waives your own share of the booking fee — book solo and you pay the club's price with nothing added at all; in a group, your mates' shares still apply. Quiet tee times often go for less than a club's rack rate, and the fee follows the price you actually pay, never the rack rate.
